These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SabiStart’s platform, products, and services, including online stores, POS systems, business registration services and all of our products. By using SabiStart, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

SabiStart provides tools and services that help individuals and businesses register, launch, and manage their businesses online. These include:

• Online store creation and hosting
• Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Business registration and compliance support
• Payment and WhatsApp order integrations

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use SabiStart services.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• Some services require one-time setup fees and/or recurring subscriptions.
• All payments are processed securely via Paystack or approved gateways.
• Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and regulatory processing:

• CAC, domain, and compliance processing fees are non-refundable once started.
• Subscription fees already used are non-refundable.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, lawful, and does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, SabiStart does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

SabiStart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

SabiStart may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

11. Ownership & Media Usage

We retain full ownership of our system, including all underlying technology, design, and infrastructure. By using our services, you grant us the right to use screenshots or visual representations of publicly accessible pages of your store for advertising, promotional, and media purposes.
